The first Railtrails Australia/Bicycle Victoria Rail Trails Conference, held on 17th October 2003, was a great success. Over 100 trail managers, trail builders and supporters and local and state government officers and councillors attended the day, held at the Department of Infrastructure Theatrette in Melbourne.
