Bicycle users are a significant proportion of rail trail users and we believe rail trails could be an important part of the national bicycle strategy. If you would like this and better cycling facilities in general please make your voice known to the consultants by the deadline of Monday 16th May 2005.
We have only just been alerted to this by the Cycling Promotion Fund. Details at the Cycling Promotion Fund Website. This site has links to the draft report and the submission site.
